Where We Ship From
Elio orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our verified supplier network, with priority given to suppliers offering warehousing within the European Union for faster delivery.
Where We Ship To
We currently ship to all European Union countries. We do not currently ship outside the EU.
How Delivery Time Is Calculated
Your total delivery time is made up of two parts:
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Processing time is how long it takes your order to be confirmed and handed to the carrier. This is typically 1–3 working days.
Shipping time is how long the package takes to travel to your door once it has shipped.

Shipping times above are estimates rather than guarantees, and may vary depending on the specific product and supplier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost depends on the product, its weight, and your delivery country, and is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Some products qualify for free shipping, as indicated on the product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped within the European Union from an EU-based warehouse are not subject to additional customs duties.
For products shipped from outside the EU, applicable import duties or taxes, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase, in line with current EU consumer protection requirements.
Delays
Occasional delays can happen, particularly around customs processing, carrier disruptions, or peak periods such as holidays and sales events. If your order is taking noticeably longer than the estimates above, reach out and we'll look into it for you.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Elio is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
