Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to change your mind and request a refund, with no need to justify your decision.
Essential condition: the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
How to Return a Product
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number.
- We'll confirm the return process and return address.
- Send the product back unused, in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 14 days at most, to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product (see below).
Received a Damaged or Defective Product?
If you receive a product that's damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receipt, ideally with a photo of the product and its packaging.
In this case, return shipping is covered by Elio Ltd, and you can choose between:
- a full refund,
- or a replacement of the correct product, subject to availability.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Any product that has been used, assembled, or shows signs of wear beyond simple inspection, except in cases of defect or non-conformity.
- Any product returned after the 14-day window has passed.
- Sets or bundles where one included item is missing or damaged, even if the others remain complete.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved, your refund is processed within 14 days at most, using the same payment method as your original order.
